Abstract

Mobile applications have had a very inorganic growth record. They have gained in popularity and their influence on living is quite profound. Many of the present day revolutions like in Egypt and Nirbhaya protest in Delhi in December have their genesis in social media mobile applications. This write up tries to analyze influence on teacher student equation. This article concludes that though this aspect of mobile technology may have lead to initial disciplinary problems long term positive attitude towards use of such apps can bring about a revolution of sorts in teaching pedagogy and will have positive impact on student teacher equation.
