Abstract

There are impediments in achieving satisfied job performance. Every employee expects ease of operation while performing job. The employees may be properly guided and trained in methods of completion of job. The paper dealt on the difficulty levels based on the demographic factors and relevancy of skill possessed to current job. Many respondents revealed that their present skill was irrelevant. When demographic variables are considered, the higher age groups of respondents revealed high average level of difficulties in their present job. Further there is significant difference among the various age groups with respect to their average level of difficulties in present job.
