In the study of how the performance of human resources directly relates to the growth and profitability in the manufacturing industries is much focused on manufacturing industries in the study in Karnataka state. This research study will bring significant findings and suggestions about the captioned title. The aim of this paper is to study the significant factors to enhance better quality and productivity keeping the resources and inputs constant, in the manufacturing industries especially in Karnataka state by enhancing the less-performing human resource's performance to reach the organisational goals.
