Abstract

Social security is an instrument of social and economic justice to the employees. The study focuses on the social security measures and the satisfaction level of the employees towards the measures provided by select nationalized banks of Hyderabad Karnataka Region. The study reveals all the social security and work life dimensions exercised in nationalized banks that do not satisfy all the employees equally. Though nationalized banks have provided the best measures still it is found that many issues have to be addressed immediately so as to increase the morale of the employees.
