Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to have an iconic review related to the effect of conflict management styles on employee satisfaction. First, the literature which covers the “Conflict Management Styles” and “Employee Satisfaction” is reviewed in detail and then tried to explore the contributors’ different views about the effect of conflict management styles on employee satisfaction. It is observed that the link between conflict management styles and employee satisfaction has received little attention both in the literature on conflict management styles and employee satisfaction. Insights into the effect of conflict management styles on employee satisfaction are highlighted.
