This was the strong belief of Indian Society that education was not only a means to get a better livelihood but it is goddess of Saraswati and people must have worshiped it. India has the third largest higher education system in the world in terms of size and diversity. In this paper I have discussed the pertinent challenge that management education would be likely to face in the times to come especially Does MBA really work for employability today? In the continuation of this I have also suggested some steps to be taken like business schools will need to take a broader view of their graduate's responsibilities to multiple stakeholders, and to provide their students with a deeper understanding of such phenomenon as globalization, leadership and innovation as well as the ability to think critically, decide wisely, communicate clearly, implement effectively for the survival and getting the employability.
