The purpose of this paper is to examine the emergence of internet banking concept which has been gaining ground as new opportunity for banking institutions. The people are fast becoming reliant on the internet for communication and services. The study is based on the paper selected from last 20 years which will highlight the past and present developments in net banking. The analysis is made on the basis of these literature reviews and the determination of concluding factors towards net banking.
