The objective of the study is to analyze the actual Customer Services and Customer Relationship Management in MAHA Electronics Private Limited (An authorized service centre of HP company). The customers’ satisfaction is dependent on a number of reasons, but is more or less similar through the whole industry, and pervades the ‘Sales’ as well ‘After-sales’ services provided by the Company towards customers. MAHA Electronics Private Limited (MEPL) is very keen in developing best bond with customers, and HP Company is one of those customer-satisfaction oriented organization, which is taking care of implementing this policy.
