Abstract

This research report entitled to” Marketing mix of MOHA soft Drink Industry share company” This study tries to analyze the marketing mix of MOHA soft drink Industry Share Company which is a franchisee of Pepsi.co located in Ethiopia. The research work was conducted on Nefas silk branch which is found in the capital city Addis Ababa. The main objective of the study is to analyze the customer satisfaction on the 4ps of the company. The research design employed in the study is Descriptive research. Both primary and secondary source of data are used. The samples in the study are customers and retailers. The study identifies the problems regarding the implementation of Marketing mix strategies and suggests ways to come over the identified problems.
