This paper tries to assess the existing operational activities of city bus Haryana. The research has used both primary data and secondary data collected from Bus station of Gurgaon, located at the centre of the city and in close propinquity to National Highway 8. As part of our research; we took the interview of depot manager at Gurgaon bus depot who is only the target population of our research. We asked him questions relating to bus fare, condition of bus stops, duty hours of employees, waiting time for passengers, safety capacity and repairs & maintenance of the buses. The findings of the study showed that the overall operations of bus service needs improvement. Moreover, the enterprise has deficiency to meet the level of service quality required as well as to attract more passengers in the future.
