Advantages and disadvantages of using project mangagement software

This article is based on the application of computer software in the field of project management. In earlier days the plan and schedules were drawn manually. The advantages are many and a few pertinent advantages are-saving time, fast and accurate communication, information of overstaffing of staff and workers in certain department or section and transfer them in some other activity resulting in to better staff utilization thus cost saving for the project and higher productivity termed as ‘smoothening’. Today due to increase in software innovations better tools are available that helps in faster plan preparation and control of projects.
