Abstract

Emergence of new ways and means of reaching, communicating, interacting B2B customers, owes a lot to new techniques and methods of modern technology. Technology changed the landscape for marketing environment, consumer habitat, and distribution networks. Emergence of online marketing space with sophisticated tools and techniques for monitoring consumers, evaluating their behavior and designing appropriate offerings, communications, courtesy, to emerging technology. The current study is about emerging trends in B2B marketing. Several implications, challenges and recommendations would also, form part of the study.
