Abstract

Satisfaction is crucial concern for both users and organizations. Satisfaction is a subjective concept and therefore difficult to determine. It depends on many factors and varies from person to person and product to product. The importance of user satisfaction in strategy development for users and market oriented cannot be underdetermined. Now a day it has become very important factor for each and every organization to enhance the level of user satisfaction. The main objective of our study is to find out the user satisfaction towards Face book- a social networking site. Descriptive research is followed in this research. The population includes respondents who are users of Face book. The sample (sample size) 50 were selected among the users of Face book for this research. Major findings of the study aremajority (72%) of the users opined that their profile is free from external users and Majority (76%) of the respondents said that they are satisfied with the services of Face book. It is recommended that the Face book should keep eye on technology and innovation to be continued as a trend setter in the industry.
