The health care industry or medical industry, is an aggregation of the sectors within the economic system that provides goods and services to the treat patients with curative, preventive, rehabilitative, and palliative care. The modern health care industry is divided into many sectors and depends on interdisciplinary teams of trained professionals and paraprofessionals to meet health needs of individuals and population.
Descriptive research is followed in this research. The universe of the population includes the respondents who are the patients of MIOT international hospital, located at Manapakkam. The samples (i.e. sample size 50) were selected among the patients of MIOT international, located at Manapakkam for this research.
