Abstract

A person gets into an organization with a lot of hopes and expectations. It takes him some time to understand the work environment. During the start up, he needs a support for him. Such support can be rendered by his colleagues. The help rendered can make the newly joined feel at ease. This point of expecting a help from the colleague appears to be critical in the present day scenario. There occur a lot of work place conflicts in this regard. The prominent factors include education level, salary, exposure & cultural aspects. All these factors tend to impart complexes in the minds of people. In such a scenario, the need to study employee relation becomes significant.
