Abstract

The study examines the job satisfaction level among women employees in BPO sector. Jaipur city has been selected for the study which was carried out on a sample of 25 women employees. The data were collected using the job satisfaction survey (Spector, 1994). The frequency, percentage, range, mean, SD and CV were computed to analyze the data. Results depict that women who joined BPOs were generally satisfied with their job.
