Abstract

Vehicle tracking system is emerging as one of the important product for an individual and transport providers. The reason behind adopting this technology is to know the vehicle current status. This industry is a fast emerging service enabling field where contribution is done from the side of various national and international service providers. The working of GPS based vehicle tracking systems is constantly improving by considering the known parameters and of course there is a chance to improve the product based on consumer requirement and feedback. The paper will through some light on business opportunity towards understanding the need of the customers. The main objective of the paper will be studying about awareness of the product and importance of the products features from customer point of view.
