The paper main aim was to find out the impact of HRM practices like recruitment, compensation etc. towards employee performance and the organization productivity in hotel industry. In the study, the researcher observed that recruitment and compensation towards employee performance has major impact. The researcher sample size was 50 respondents. For this study, researcher developed structured questionnaire was distributed and collected and then analyzed with the help of software i.e. SPSS. After analyzing the data, researcher came to know that recruitment and compensation significantly correlate with the employee performance in hotel industry. At the end, researcher recommended little improvement in terms of productivity and employee performance.
