“Poverty anywhere is a Potential Danger to Prosperity everywhere”, would spell the impending danger posed to the microscopic rich across the nations by the hunger noise of almost three billion global population living below the poverty line of below Two US dollars per day. The current population growth and dietary patterns necessitate countries to multiply food production for feeding 9.3 billion in the next 40 years with resources’ shortages, and natural calamities giving rise to grave food insecurity and mal-nutrition and associated diseases1. This paper attempts to tackle this phenomenon through the role of micro finance.
