The paper titled “A Study on the Investor Satisfaction towards Service Quality of Stock Brokers With Reference to Coimbatore District” discuss about the service quality of the stock brokers and the investors satisfaction towards it. The objective is to identify the investor's satisfaction level of the training programmes and advisory services rendered by the stock brokers. The descriptive research design is used for the study, tools like Chi-square and One-Way ANOVA is used for the analysis. The Karvy can introduce more training classes regarding the intraday and technical analysis to create awareness among the clients.
