Abstract

Working capital management plays a vital role in the accomplishment of businesses because of its effect on profitability and liquidity. Working capital management is Stressed dover the issues that rise in managing the current assets and current liabilities and the interrelationship between them. Its insinuates the measure of capital which is immediately open to an affiliation that is, working capital is the refinement between resources in genuine cash and speedily convertible into cash (current assets) and progressive duties regarding which cash will soon be required (current liabilities). The purpose of this study is to examine the working capital management of selected electricity power distributing companies in Karnataka state. Motaals comprehensive test is used to analyze the liquidity position of the selected electricity companies.
