Role of business ethics for inclusive growth

The concept of business ethics includes contemporary organizational standards. These standards provides behavioral guidance to the business employees. and the concept of inclusive growth refers to equal opportunities which are available to all the economic parties. The focus of this paper is to study the role of business ethics for the inclusive growth. Secondary data is used to study the significance of business ethics. This study concluded that business ethics plays an important role for the inclusive business (IB) models, poor and low-income people of the society find solution to their basic problems.
