Abstract

The environmental conditions have changed dramatically by the beginning of 21st century. The overall state of the global environment continues to worsen and has emerged as one of the major challenges for states in the current era. Nonetheless, we the human beings in our desire to make our lifestyle better have caused serious threats to the survival of much of biodiversity. The increasing numbers of consumers who prefer and are willing to buy these products are subjected to the buying process. Consumers have different buying attitude and factors influencing the purchase of eco-friendly products in Coimbatore district. Hence, this paper investigates the various factors that influence the consumers’ purchasing decision on eco-friendly products.
