The research work in this study is an attempt to systematically analyze the impact in status of MSMEs in India before and after the implementation of MSMED act 2006. Number of registered units of MSME and number of employment in persons which are presented in the annual reports from the period of 18 years from 1997–98 to 2014–15 of MSMEs are considered as the study variable for this study. It has made based on the result of the paired sample t-test.
