The present paper is to be analysing the state bank customer satisfaction on e-banking services of State Bank of India. The researcher has used convenience sampling method to identify the respondents for the present study. The researcher was used in primary data. The data was collected well-prepared questionnaire from the state bank customers. In this paper sample size of 40 state bank customers. The researcher has used percentages and weighted average method analysis. The researcher has used six e-banking services consists of Transfer funds to own and third party accounts, Online deposits, Airline, Rail, Bus and hotel ticket booking, IMPS Funds Transfer, Pay bill of Visa Credit Card issued by any Bank, Online Shopping and instant recharge features. As per analysis the researcher concluded that e-banking service is main function of all banking sectors. The most of state bank customer satisfaction is airline and railway ticket booking, online shopping and fund transfers to own and third party accounts.
