Environmental impact due to industrialisation: A case analysis

For the development of any nation Industrialization is necessary. It also has an impact on environmental degradation. This research work will evaluate of environmental impact in industrialization in the Durgapur area of West Bengal in case of the economic benefit and social costs. The objective the study is to evaluate the environmental impact of the current industrialisation process in Durgapur with the approach of Wiliness to pay (WTP) and Wiliness to accept (WTA).
