Abstract

This study On Employee gratification towards HR practices of PepsiCo India Holding Private Limited, Madurai, and the study aims at increasing the understanding regarding employee's gratification to leadership style and development. Moreover it tries to solve the employee turnover by identifying suitable strategies for employee retention. Primary data were collected with the help of the structured questionnaire from the existing employees of this concern at middle and lower level. The sample size considered for the study was 100 where in all the samples where employees in PepsiCo India Holding Pvt Ltd The tools used for the analysis include Frequency analysis, Data reduction analysis, Chi-square test, one way ANOVA, correlation, Independent's’ test, factor analysis. From the analysis some general conclusions have been arrived. This report as well includes some suggestions to be concentrated by the industry management to improve the gratification of their employees.
