Teachers are considered as social engineers and they mould the next generation and thereby build the nation. This study is an attempt to find out the influence of organizational climate and academic qualification of teachers on their occupational mental health. The participants of the study were 360 college teachers belonging to government, private (aided), and unaided colleges situated in Kerala. The statistical design used was two-way ANOVA (3 [organizational climate] x 4 [academic qualification]). Results indicated that organizational climate and academic qualification significantly interact with each other on occupational mental health and its components.
