Now a day, we come across a drastic demographic change in organization i.e., more number of women are moving into the higher position than before. Satisfaction in the job is mainly influenced by the employee's perception towards their leader (supervisor) because if they are akin to their leader (supervisor) then emotionally they will get attached with the organization and performs well in their job. This study will put light on the “Employee's Job Satisfaction under Women Leadership”. The study will concentrate on whether the employees are welcoming change, ready/getting adjust to change and are satisfied with their job under women leadership as they were before. It sheds light on the relationship between the women leader (supervisor) and their subordinates and helps to presents the views and experiences of a panel of employees who face these changes in the organization under women leadership. It will help us to examine whether a male employee is comfortable and satisfied with their job or a female employee is comfortable and satisfied with their job while working under a women leader.
