Abstract

Ageing is phase of life and biological process. Every organism that is born must age must age with time and decay. So, the ageing is a natural and universal process and no society can escape it during the last few decades, there has been a tremendous increase in the population of elderly persons in the world in proportion to total population. The reasons for this are multifactorial. Current public concern in ageing and gerontology has been stimulated by the growingpopulation of aged above 60 years.

The present study is an entitled of “Sustainability of Happiness of Ageing Adults” was taken the level of happiness among ageing adults. The total sample comprised of 120 Ss of which 60 work male and other 60 work female ageing adults. The major objective of study was to assess the lead key of happiness among ageing adults (60–70 years). Findings reveals a significant gender difference in case of level happiness Male have been high happiness compare to Female. The resulted in to good finding with high level of happiness. They are resource full and they have social circle e.g. friends, residential friends, Religious clubs memberships, Child‘s bonding etc.
