This study focused the customers’ preference for choosing a shopping outlet. Selecting an outlet for the purchase depend number of factors. Now a days, the emergence of shopping complex and malls changes the customers shopping behaviour and provides more value to the customer beyond his basic product purchase. This change of customers shopping behaviour brings more competition in the field of retail industry. Through this study, the researcher identified various attributes considered by a customer while selecting an outlet for shopping and prioritized each attributes on the basis of customers’ importance. A conceptual model also suggested for customers outlet selection behaviour. This article would be helpful to such organization for designing their shopping outlet. Data collected from the customers of major retail shop through structured questionnaire.
