In India higher education especially management education is witnessing a exponential growth in terms of number of institutes imparting management education. Management education, at this juncture, needs a critical examination as only developing talent can take India forward. The purpose of this paper is to engage all concerned in a serious issues and challenges with a view to revitalize management education in India for better participation and viability in the global economy. The students community in changing India not only want education in modern emerging fields but they want education, which is of quality. Moreover they do not want to deprive of opportunities because of their social or economical background. Management education then needs expansion and strengthening in its infrastructure and therefore greater in puts. It is struggle between maintaining the quality education while satisfying the needs of masses. This paper explores more about the emerging issues of management education in India and the factors of quality improvement in management education.
