Impact of inspirational leadership on motivation of gen Y employees at work place

This paper gives an overview of how the Generation Y employees are different from other Generation employees at the work place. There are some unprecedented capabilities in today's leader, demanded by the changing young work force. This paper gives us an insight regarding what techniques and methodologies a manager should employ in order to understand this generation and it also suggests the type of motivational leadership qualities a manager should have.
