If manpower is handled wisely, it may prove a dynamic motive force for running an organization at its optimum results. Any job requires interaction with co-workers and bosses, following organizational rules and policies, meeting performance standards, coping with the working conditions. Job satisfaction is a very important factor which makes the employees more prone to go beyond the call of duty as they want to reciprocate their positiveness. To find the satisfaction level of employees at TVSI &Sons a convenience sample of 150 employees were taken and were interviewed with well-structured questionnaire containing questions on the constructs related to job satisfaction. Data were analyzed by applying the statistical tools analysis of variance, post hoc test and multiple regression. The analysis revealed that the opinion given by the respondents on job satisfaction, relationship with superior and colleagues, pay and promotion, working conditions are all high. The construct relationship with superior is the most important construct that has more impact on job satisfaction.
