Abstract

This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the journal titled “Journal of Artificial Societies and Social Simulation” for the period between 2002 to 2011. The analyses cover mainly the number of articles, authorship pattern, average number of references per articles, year wise distribution of cited journals etc. The result showed that out of 298 articles single author contributed 86 (28.86%) articles 212 (71.14%) articles were contributed by joint authors.
