Emotional maturity of male and female secondary school teachers of Aligarh district

The present study has tried to explore emotional maturity of male and female secondary school teachers of Aligarh district. A representative sample of 300 teachers was randomly selected, out of which 150 were male and 150 were female teachers. Emotional Maturity Scale constructed and standardized by (EMS; Singh and Bhargava, 1991) is used to assess the emotional maturity of teachers. Statistical techniques used in this study were mean, SD, and t value. Findings of this research study indicate significant variation between the two groups.
