Objective: Agile projects are people driven rather than process driven. This Research paper is the first step of an Endeavour to embark on a comprehensive study of agile team psychological success factors with specific focus on IT Industries.
• Identify the top level Agile Team psychological Factors leading to Project Success
• Explore the rankings of psychological factors
• Find out the top 3 Agile Team psychological Factors leading to Project Success
• Develop increased understanding of all the identified variables by appropriate groupings
• Find out relationship between psychological variables under study
• Devise methodological recommendations
Research Methodology:
After satisfying all the necessary tests of reliability of the survey instrument, sample size adequacy and population matrix, the data was subjected to principal component analysis, resulting in the identification of new thematic competency areas; and were explained in detail.
