With the faster pace of modernization towards technical advancement in banking process, ebanking system has evolved as a beneficial boon for the customers in order to perform hassle free transaction with comfort of mobility. Unfortunately, along with positive aspects in technology, some malicious users always exist over internet waiting for appropriate time of generating an attack. India being a developing country has witnessed enough various fraudulent behavior over banking transaction in the past few years which has affected the faith of customers towards the adoption of e-banking system. The proposed paper discusses about a case study where the investigation has been performed on different types of banks in Kerala in order to understand the situational analysis of technical aspects from banking employees and the impartial perception of the customers of those banks related to the service quality is discussed.
