The perceptions on work situation, nature of relationship among employees, formal and informal policies, practices and procedures in the organization constitute organizational climate which is a predictor of many employee behavioral outcomes. The dimensions of organizational climate include participation and reward orientation, structure, warmth and support, standards, and responsibility. These perceptions are associated with a variety of important outcomes such as turnover intentions, job satisfaction, team performance, Morale and the likes. This paper attempts to bring out the relationships between different factors of organizational climate and highlight the impact of these factors on certain important variables of the organizations such as job satisfaction, employee morale, and team performance, responsible for the growth of the organizations. The study has tested the hypothesis that there would be no significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction, employee morale and team performance among employees of both private and public sector enterprises in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India and inferred that there is significant relationship between organizational climate and other dependent factors.
