Formal Education occurs in a structured environment, whose explicit purpose is teaching students in a school environment with the help of School Trained Teachers. School Refusal is stressful and fear of going to school or School phobia for the children, which in long term may result in interrupted Compulsory Education, Criminal Offenses etc, whereas School Truancy is an unexcused absence from school it is status offense but not illegal to someone older, the most common status offenses are running away from home, alcohol use etc. Truancy is a pattern of repeated or habitual unauthorized absence from school. Four major degrees of school Refusal have been identified in my paper which has a signified bearing on the child's behavior. To study the impact of this on the child, a case study has been taken, where in Simon being physically away from his parents was not able to concentrate well and cope with new environment (Hostel) and started to dislike school. This invariably resulted in anger, anxiety; etc The Case study taken thus concludes that with the togetherness and Coordination of teachers, parents, peers this problem can be rectified.
