Abstract

The current status of health and health system in our country, future health problems, Building flexible insurance system are reviewed in this research paper. After coming through the health scenario in our country. I came to a conclusion that “RIGHT TO HEALTH INSURANCE FOR ALL” is necessary to eradicate major health/life/Accidental related problems for this I suggest that efforts needed to be made by the central government to make Right to Health Insurance for all to be made mandatory/compulsory form the child hood (by birth) onwards which makes clear that no insurance company can't object the insurer about the diseases prior to the date of insurance more the dearth are caused due to lake of financial problems and proper medical treatment on time. So insurance by birth will have a greater effect on human prosperity in our country. Whereas this Insurance certificate compulsory to be presented at the time of admission in schools and colleges. Government contribution of about 50% should also be made to this scheme which reduces the burden on common man to pay for it.
