Abstract

In today's cut throat competition, increase in the rate of employee attrition is identified as a growing critical issue amongst various service providers. Human assets play a significant role in achieving the organization goal. Therefore, it is necessary to have strategy for various aspects related to the Human resources for the betterment & success of the organization. The research encompasses an analysis of various factors which forces employees to quit their job. Research is based on the relevant literature review & secondary data available on the internet. This paper also suggests benefits to employer & employee both due to retention management practices.
