Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop and modify an empirically grounded comprehensive framework of e-payment and shipping & delivery that is the composite of the affiliation between Omnichannel fulfillment and e-shopping. The objectives of this study is to develop the omnichannel services and another one is to analyze the satisfaction, expectation on omnichannel retailing for developing old concept and services into new technology.

This paper is based on primary data; with developed a structured questionnaire and were collected from 250 IT employees allowed to testing the research hypothesis and Garrett ranking method, ANOVA allowed validation of the research construction.

The study found that “e-shopping experience”, “e-payment process” and “shipping & delivery” positively influence Omnichannel retailing satisfaction. The findings donate precious theoretical implications that can improve Omnichannel services.

This paper contains an applicable gap in the Omnichannel retailing, the study also involve an important research contribution by providing empirical evidence that services are key to Omnichannel success.
