Abstract

Entrepreneurs play a significant role in the development of the economy. They are the ones who transform an idea into reality, and ensure the practical implementation and delivery of the product/service developed for the customers, driven by the motive of profits and social welfare. This article aims to provide the readers, information's on the overall (existing) scenario of the woman entrepreneurs. Mrs. Indra Nooyi and Mrs. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, have been especially discussed in the article, their special traits being emphasized upon. Data for this conceptual work has been collected from a number of articles, books, periodicals, journals and websites.
