Purpose of the present study is to conform whether there is any significant influence of locus of control on psychological wellbeing in higher secondary school students. Hence, the objectives of the present study are 1. To know the extent of locus of control and psychological wellbeing of higher secondary school students, 2. To study the role of sex and institution on their locus of control and psychological wellbeing and 3. To find out the relationship of locus of control and psychological wellbeing and study the significant difference of relationship of locus of control and psychological wellbeing of boys and girls. The investigators used descriptive research method and consist of 138 higher secondary school students (both male and female from plus two and vocational higher secondary schools). Locus of control inventory and psychological wellbeing scale (2015) were used for collecting the data from the participants. Analysis of the data revealed no significant influence of locus of control on psychological wellbeing in higher secondary school students.
