The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of RODS on Role stress among LIC Agents. Here, RODS is defined as Role overload, Role Distance, and Role Stagnation. The study sample covered of 50 LIC Agents selected randomly from the Life Insurance Corporation in Rajapalayam Taluk. Virudhunagar Dist. The data collected through RODS Scale questionnaire. The result showed that there was a significant, linear and positive relationship between role overload, role distance, role stagnation and role stress.
