Abstract

The paper analyses the role played by the women in Lilong Chajing, Manipur. A total no. of 300 women were selected for the study. Out of 300 women, 144 were married and 156 were unmarried. Women were work as housewives, government employees, and private employees, shoppers etc. The data were presented in the form of tables and analyzed by percentage method. From the analysis, it is found that women in Lilong Chajing played varied role and they had different educational qualifications.
