The main objective of this study is to find out the different theories of transactional and transformational leadership style in the evidence of literature. Transformational and transactional leadership style is a debate for many peoples. some peoples they considered as transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style are quite similar in their application and the other peoples they considered that both leadership style have a unique characteristics in terms of its application. Therefore, this study is used as an introduction for the study of transformational and transactional leadership style.
