Over the years, the provision of workplace counseling has been increasing and organizations have recognized the value this approach has towards supporting their staff in both personal and professional issues and ensure their overall well-being. This study on workplace counseling aims to identify the various issues employees face at workplace which impacts them negatively, causes stress, burnout and decreases their productivity. From the results it was evident that there was a positive relationship between workplace counseling and its impact on the psychological well-being of employees which means that if there is effective workplace counseling, the performance and overall well-being of the employees can improve significantly.
