Employee Satisfaction Plays A Key Role in Organizational Excellence-with Special Reference to BSNL Hyderabad

Human Resource Management is getting more important in the business nowadays, because people and their knowledge are the most important aspects affecting the productivity of the company. Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to describe whether employees are happy and contented and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Today to sustain in such a competitive market it's very important to retain good employees. Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy workers are with their job and working environment. Keeping morale high among workers can be of tremendous benefit to any company, as happy workers will be more likely to produce more. The study of "employee satisfaction" helps the company to maintain standards & increase productivity by motivating the employees. This research work has been done to measure the satisfaction level of employees with special reference to BSNL Hyderabad. It focuses on mainly on “To identify the factor which improve the satisfaction level of employee” & significance factors as working conditions, pay and promotion, job security, fairness, relationship with co-workers and supervisors in affecting the job satisfaction. The study revealed that 90 percent of the employees are clear about their own role and the company goals and they are satisfied.
